I base my PT sessions on 20 years of experience as an athlete. I’ve seen people go from overweight to fit and injured to in shape. There are few things I love better than helping others reach their best and as a competing athlete, I know how rewarding the experience is.
Together, we’ll set up realistic but challenging targets and I’ll help you get there, step by step. Every session is designed to be safe and effective, whatever your goal, whatever your fitness level. Whether you are already running marathons, bench-pressing 250kgs or this is your first time committing to a fitness routine, together we will exceed your expectations. Whether you wish to perform better in disciplines such as Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, Ski, Tennis, Rugby, general Athletics, Endurance or just want to look and feel better without a particular sports focus, we’ll tailor a workout to suit your needs.
Training is essential, but eating the right food is equally important. Incorporating various methods of weight training, plyometrics and free-body gymnastic exercises alongside a good diet will guarantee results. We’ll establish healthy and positive choices inside and outside the gym to raise confidence and maintain hard-earned results for a lifetime.
